Introducing
ADULT BIBLE FELLOWSHIP

Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF) is a new name for new, re-grouped Sunday School classes for some of our adults. Five coed ABF's, and ABF's for ladies and men are forming from the current Adult 6-11 departments, and the Coed 20’s-40’s classes. Adult 1-5 departments, Coed 50’s+ (renamed Phelps Class), and the Television Class will continue.
Members of the transitioning current Sunday School departments and classes are now enrolling in their preferred ABF’s. Each of the five coed ABF's has an age/stage of parenting it will focus on for reaching, teaching and ministering. Ladies' and men's ABF's will be formed across the age span. The room locations for the seven ABF's:
C-2214 ABF for 20's-30's /Oldest child: Preschool-Grade 1
C-2209 ABF for 30's-40's /Oldest child: Grades 2-7
C-2211 ABF for 40's /Oldest child: Grades 8-10
C-2218 ABF for 40's-50's /Oldest child: Grade 11-24 yrs.
C-2216 ABF for Oldest child: 25+ yrs.

The new ABF's are intentionally designed for our members to reach others, to make and grow disciples, to grow the church numerically and spiritually. Each teacher, co-teacher and ABF coordinator have the shared objective of "birthing" a new ABF within two years. Because an ABF will be larger in enrollment than most classes have been, smaller Growth Groups will be organized within the ABF. These groups will meet once or twice each month in a group leader or member’s home for fellowship and Bible study. The Growth Groups have the dual purposes of establishing spiritual friendships and being a natural entry point for new people—growing the ABF wider (outreach) and deeper (discipleship).
